How This Work Actually Works
A structured sequence of mythic symbols for reshaping your inner world
Youâve already done so much work - therapy, reflection, rebuilding. Youâve grown in ways that matter. And still, something inside hasnât fully shifted. Not in your mind, but in your body, your energy, your inner world. This page shows you the sequence of symbols we use to meet that last layer and invite it to move.
Why These Symbols
These symbols come from ancient Egyptian ritual and meaningâmaking systems. They are used here not as religion, but as mythic tools that help you work with your inner world in a grounded, embodied way. They give shape to your imagination, direction to your energy, and coherence to your inner landscape. Different people experience this work as guided meditation, hypnosis, magic, or symbolic imagination. All of these are valid.
The Arc of the Work
This work progresses through a forwardâmoving sequence of mythic symbols. Each symbol is a phase of development, not a session. You stay with each phase until its capability is no longer an idea, but a felt reality. You can embody its capability in session, on your own, and in your life.
You decide when youâre ready to move forward. You name your own mastery. You claim your own progression. Every journey begins in Tawy, your foundational place of grounding, and you carry every mastered tool with you as you progress.
Before we begin, you receive a simple orientation to the structure and boundaries of the work. No history or narrative is required.
The Symbols as Embodied Tools
Even when they are not visible in the physical plane, these symbols function as embodied tools that steady, strengthen, and guide you. In our sessions, these are not abstract ideas; they are capabilities you practice until you can feel their force flow through you in the midst of ordinary life.
đž Tawy - Grounding, Safety, and Sourcing
We begin by grounding into your foundational landscape. In the ancient world, Tawy represented the fertile lands that supported life. Choosing your place in Tawy is the first act of sovereign agency in your inner world. Ali opens the symbolic landscape and invites you into Tawy, a place in the mythic terrain that feels like home. This is not generic breathwork or âvisualize a safe place.â You choose your place. You shape it. You claim it. You build an activation cue that brings you back to this inner home. Mastery means you feel sourced from within, and able to access the comfort and steadiness of Tawy whenever you need it.
đ Sekhem - The Staff of Power
The Sekhem staff represents both power and the authority to use it: grounded, sovereign, and fully yours. You learn to activate your power by grasping your staff of power in your left hand to feel the power rise through you. You sense how power has moved in your life, how external power has influenced you, how you have expanded or contracted your own power. From this awareness, you make clear choices about how to stand in your power now. Mastery means you can call in your power to give weight to your words and clarity to your actions. You understand how power shapes your choices and your presence.
đš Ankh - The Key of Life
The Ankh is the key that represents your life-force: warm, illuminating, and vivifying. You hold the Ankh in your right hand and bring it to your heart. From there, it radiates lifeâforce as warmth, illumination, and vitality. You can focus its light to burn away what no longer belongs, symbolically, intentionally, and safely. Sometimes you know exactly what youâre clearing. Sometimes you only feel the block. Either way, the Ankh meets you where you are. It also calls your energy back, helping you reclaim what may have once been taken or given away. Mastery means you can illuminate what needs attention, clear what doesnât serve you, own your sovereignty, and radiate vitality.
đ Iaret - The Cobra of Creative and Erotic Sovereignty
The Iaret is the rearing cobra that rises along the spine. Through the undulation of your spine, you awaken creativity, sensuality, desire, expression, and erotic agency. You feel pleasure as a vital force. Your passions and dreams move to the forefront, grounded in the sovereignty youâve already built. Mastery means you feel creatively and erotically alive, and can direct your generative force with clarity and choice.
đ Udjat - A Third Eye for Discernment, Insight, and Vision
The Udjat third eye is the capacity for heightened awareness, and the trust to act on what you see. You tap your forehead to open your third eye for sight and insight. You see what influences you, within and around you. You act from your inner knowing. This is a place of embodied selfâdiscovery, where anything you discover can be met with the tools that you have already mastered. Mastery here means you trust your sight and insight and know how to respond with clarity.
â Aten - The Solar Disc Crown, Alignment with Your Deeper Self
The Aten is the solar disc worn as a crown. It represents illumination, coherence, and connection with what guides you. You touch the crown of your head or feel the Aten disc shining from above. Here, everything comes together: your grounding, your power, your lifeâforce, your erotic and creative sovereignty, your clarity and insight. From this place, you connect with what guides you, your deeper self, your lineage, what you hold sacred, or whatever you turn toward in your spiritual life. This is the moment many clients have been longing for, the visceral sense of knowing who you are, knowing what youâre aligned with, and knowing that you can create your own change. Mastery means you feel coherent, aligned, and connected to your deepest source of guidance.
How We Work Together
This section describes the structure, pacing, and relational container that hold your journey: how you move through the symbols, how mastery unfolds, and how Ali supports your sovereignty throughout the process.
Why the Sequence Matters
You begin in safety (Tawy) so you can explore power (Sekhem). You claim power so you can energize life-force (Ankh). You energize life-force so you can explore creative and erotic sovereignty (Iaret). You deepen your sovereignty so you can see yourself clearly (Udjat). You see yourself clearly so you can align with your deeper purpose (Aten). Each symbol builds on the last.
Each capability strengthens the next. You move forward because you are ready, and because you choose to.
BetweenâSession Practice - Deepening Your Mastery
Between sessions, youâll work with your symbols in your daily life. Mastery comes from using them, from letting the symbols meet the moments that matter. Some clients deepen their work through expressive arts or movement (painting their Ankh, photographing elements that echo their Tawy landscape, or exploring an Iaretâinspired dance). Ali may offer practices that support your embodiment, and you choose what feels true for you. What matters most is that the symbols become living tools you can reach for with ease: familiar, embodied, and fully yours.
The Final Recording - Integration
At the end of the arc, Ali creates one guided recording that moves through the entire sequence. It reflects your journey and supports your ongoing selfâwork. It is crafted personally for you: a companion you can return to whenever you need it.
What Sessions Feel Like
Sessions take place over HIPAAâcompliant Zoom and may include guided meditation, breath, art, movement, and nature imagery. Ali opens the symbolic landscape, attunes to your breath and pacing, and travels with you. While the internal imagery remains your private landscape (Ali does not see what you see), she stays present with you as a grounded companion and witness. She holds the arc steady. She maintains coherence. She supports your mastery without interpreting your symbolism or directing your content. Sessions are grounded, spacious, and clear. You lead the meaning making. You lead the movement. You lead the transformation.
