Black Light Art Show
On dark nights in ancient Egypt, priestesses gathered in circles of firelight, their bodies moving in devotion to the Goddess. This exhibition for Studio 23 Gallery Alameda carries that lineage forward. I offer my own devotional paintings as luminous prayers, glowing in the dark like embers of ritual. Alongside these works, I have collaborated with fellow artist Alana Dill, becoming the embodied canvas and dancing once more in honor of the Goddess. Together, our art is not only seen but lived: paint, movement, and sacred presence brought alive in the black light’s glow.
